Who is in charge of the Haitian government ?

Haiti is facing an unprecedented crisis, where are the clueless leaders?
As I helplessly watch this horrific ordeal two thousands miles away(unfortunately), I see a country in disarray. For 6 days ,since this tragedy occured, I have yet to hear any comforting message from the Haitian president. Did I miss the speech? where are all of those political parties? did they all die? where are all those wannabes presidents? Is there any body left in the country with an ounce of brain that can inspire the Haitian people in these treacherous times? Is there anyone left in Haiti that is Fit, qualified, prepared to lead? 6 days after this tragedy, nobody has yet to send any aids to Leogane, which is only a few miles away from Port-au-Prince! where are the helicopters? where are the incompetent leaders? can somebody please pick on their brain? No wonder all the government buildings collapsed, nothing was being governed. the nuber one priority of any real government, is to impact the lives of its citizens. Where there is no vision, the people perish. the Haitian government must be held responsible for a lot of our children that died unnecessarily. they did nothing to help their own people during the first few days. a lot of our beautiful children could have been saved. if only there were roads in my country, if only there were well equipped hospitals, ambulances, firetrucks, if only there were helicopters, if only there were capable, thoughtful quick thinking leaders to guide those who came to help, if only there was an other or a bigger airport, if only there were enough doctors and nurses who volunteered to care for their own, if only... thousands of lives would have been saved. I send my heartfelt condolences to every one who is affected by this catastrophe. the world is crying with you, the world is praying for you; the sun will shine again. yes it will. If God has allowed you to be alive, it's because He has a plan and a bright future for you. Do not be discouraged, a new day is coming. I am so proud of you, and the way you behave during this crisis; you are the most magnificent, resilient people of all the world. You are an inspiration.I'm ashamed at the so called leaders, but I'm proud of the Haitian people, you are alltogether lovely. I love the way you guys get together, hungry and thirsty, but singing hymns of praise in the midst of these trials, you, my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, have melted my heart. I have sent some help, and I will continue to work on your behalf every day. more help is underway. Hang in there, my church is having a seven days prayer meeting just for you, we are praying for a speedy recovery. I love all of you, so does Jesus! the world loves you as well.
