On HAIMUSIQUE (HAIMUSIC), this Saturday _ on A PROPOS _ we will analyze the
importance of Environmental Restoration and Conservation in the reconstruction
of Haiti. Our goal is to suggest comprehensive strategies to help our leaders
redefine (re-structure) the niche of our Environmental Ministry while creating
sustainable mechanisms to facilitate the achievement of its objectives. What
are some of the best (experimented) practices that could be used to help the
nation restore and conserve its natural resources? What should be the role and
responsibilities of the Haitian Parliament vis-a-vis the restoration of our
