I am not surprised that Haiti Diaspora Federation has failed the haitian people.
Haitian in general are self-centered, ignoring all issues relating to others.
The Federation has no vision and has not research the issues to find out at least on area of the government where change is needed.
I would recommand that they look into the haitian "duane" full of coruption.
The earlier government love the haitian diaspora for one reason, to bleed them from every penny by imposing the highest tarriffs on personal effects in addition to allow so called inspectors to charge at least 5000 gourde to do a job that they get paid to do, by not controlling Antillean and others company from ripping off the people making life miserable for everyone in haiti or elswhere.
In my opinion until President Mattelly brings changes to the situation at duane, the haitian people will continue to suffer in the hands of the corrupts
