Hi Marc,
My suggestion would be for you and your company to wait until Piraflix goes live before launching your movie.
Piraflix is an entertainment loss prevention company in Boston.
If you have to launch during the Summer, wait until until June 2009. The limited version will be available then.
Remember you are not only fighting storefronts!
We have identified over 17 online portals that are are continually showing new released Haitian movies without permission.
What we do is
1) Identify pirates location and all associates
2) Ensure that you are compensated for damages or make sure that someone does time in jail.
3) If litigation takes place, we finance it. Our associated law firm buys ink by the barrel.
