Tuesday Apr 20, 2010I would like to know when you went to watch the movie because I went to see the movie on Saturday April 17 and the sound was not terrible. In fact I went back the next day to see it again because the movie is very entertaining. The idea to watch a movie is to be entertained and this movie Mechan Dou delivered that. I heard a lot of very good comments from other people that have seen the movie, and they say they would like to see it again. You know what else is good about this movie? It was filmed in Haiti which makes it even more interesting to other people, Haitian and non-Haitian. If more Haitians would have the same vision as the producer/director of this movie, that is Wesner Calixte, I would think that the cinema business among the Haitian community would be more successful and people will not get tired of watching movies that are pointless. Also, filming a movie in the streets of Haiti with the common people I would think is a challenging job and Mr. Calixte did not hesitate to do this.There's a lot more that I would like to comment about but I think I made my point.

My brother went on Sunday-18 and he told me to go watch it: trust me, my brother doesn't normally watch HAITIAN movie.
